Exploring Nova Scotia - Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle Competition & Taylor Head Provincial Park

Scott and I spent yesterday at the Clam Harbour Beach Sandcastle competition. It was very impressive what kind of sand sculptures and castles people came up with!

Following the Sandcastles we drove to Taylor Head Provincial Park and went for a 2h hike through some gorgeous landscape, from meadow into deep woods, strange marshland, costal shrubbs and cliffs. It felt like behind every turn the landscape changed completely and had new surprises waiting.

This coastal landscape definitely reminded me of Great Britain. No wonder this province is New Scotland!
